JOMA Arts&Consulting, LLC assisted in the building and developing of the Board, which was determined to be the critical need for the consulting engagement. Several tactics were then organized (and some implemented) on a December 2007 to April 2008 time-frame, under the strategy of Board Recruitment. JOMA's capabilities for the Arts and Science Council include the development of a better board, define how to raise money beyond public funds, as well as build a strategy for audience growth.
